Level 1

Goal: To educate & guide students through the basic poses of yoga in order
to instill confidence for practicing at home or in the studio. 

Length: 10 Days
Complete one basics video and one workout per day.

Workout Time: 15-20 minutes

Practices

Day 1 - Mountain Pose

Day 2 - Cat/Cow

Day 3 - Savasana

Day 4 - Lunge

Day 5 - Backbend

Day 6 - Side Lying Savasana

Day 7 - Yogi’s Choice - Choose any 3 from above

Day 8 - Warrior Two & Exalted Warrior

Day 9 - Warrior One

Day 10 - Tree Pose
