How much weight should I use?
When choosing weight it depends on the exercise, your fitness level and the machine/equipment you are using. We recommend you choose a weight that is challenging to where the last 3-5 reps feel challenging WITHOUT sacrificing your form. For timed circuits you should choose a weight that is challenging enough to keep the movement fluid for the the full time without sacrificing your form.

Do I have to be flexible to do yoga?
No you don’t have to be flexible to do yoga… It’s an urban myth that people who are tight can't do yoga. Yoga isn’t just stretching its extremely toning, calming, meditative, spiritual, healing and opening. Flexibility is only one aspect of it. Once you practice yoga for a period of time naturally you will gain flexibility with a myriad of other benefits.
