Donavan Almond

Donavan is one of Napa Valley's most sought after fitness professionals. Owner and CEO, he is named four-time Napa Valley's Best Personal Trainer, and provides Calistoga residents and visitors with a unique fitness & wellness coaching, nutrition support, residential & commercial gym design, as well as consulting with award winning hotel brands including Hyatt, Auberge Resorts and The Four Seasons.  His clientele has ranged from cardiac rehab patients to winemakers to professional athletes from the Washington Redskins and much more. His approachable-style, enthusiasm and experience has given him the ability to train individuals and group of all levels and ages.

Jacqi Almond

Jacqi's fitness experience began at Velocity Sports Performance where she provided strength and conditioning workouts to young, high school and college level athletes. When she is not in the gym, Jacqi spends time with her four kids, volunteers as a firefighter for the Sonoma County Fire District and joins as many books clubs as she can.

Billy Cox

QCF, YMCA, CEA
Billy grew up in Essex, London and has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. At a young age he took to playing football (soccer), and has been a fan ever since. Throughout this time Billy has worked with 100's of clients of all ages and abilities. Billy’s specialty focuses on body transformations and continues to grow his clientele here in the states.

Abby Mitchell

ACE-CPT
DBC Level 1 Biomechanics
Abby grew up in Vacaville, CA, and from a young age took to fitness participating in competitive swimming. She progressed to being a collegiate swimmer at CSUEB all four years. Abby received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in nutrition and wellness. Observing her mother’s passion and success as a trainer and studio owner, inspired her to pursue fitness and help others achieve greater wellness and health.


JOrge Martin-MOra

NASM - CPT
ASA
Jorge was born in Mexico and was raised in St.Helena. Jorge’s aspiration was to follow in his grandfather's footsteps and become a professional soccer player. He excelled as the top scorer at St. Helena High School and later pursued academy soccer, reaching the semi-professional level. Soccer held significant importance for him and his family, but a health condition led him to abandon his dreams. Transitioning to weightlifting as his sole form of exercise, he quickly developed a passion for it. Now, with over a decade of experience as a trainer, he has positively impacted numerous clients on their fitness journeys and continues to grow his passion for helping others.
