For this workout you will complete each circuit in order for three sets before you move to the next circuit.

Warm-up

SPIDERMAN COMPLEX: 5 reps
CHARLIE ANGLES LUNGES: 5 reps
LATERAL SIDE TO SIDE WALK: 5 reps

3 SETS

WALKING LUNGES: 5 reps each
BOX JUMPS ON BOSU: 5 reps
SIDE TO SIDE BOSU: 10 reps

3 SETS

MED BALL LATERAL WALL SLAMS: 10 reps each
MED BALL SLAMS: 10 reps
MED BALL WOODCHOPPER: 10 reps each

3 SETS

TURKISH GET-UPS: 4
20-30 SEC SPRINTS: 4 with 20 second rest
